Laser Clinics is the largest cosmetic aesthetics group globally: it performs more treatments than any other brand worldwide, from over 200 clinics. Backed by investment giant KKR, it plans to dominate its marketplace in multiple countries.
With 12 clinics in the UK, but growth not quite as beautiful as planned, the brand engaged Chantry to help achieve its lofty ambitions: to become the UK market leader as well as the global one.
In a highly competitive marketplace that’s set to explode, the key initial goal was to drive a strong franchise pipeline quickly.
Combining great financial backing and huge ambition with a unique 50-50 model for franchise partners, this was an enormously exciting project to be chosen for.
We knew we had the right ingredients – and also that we’d be challenged and under pressure from day one. Our team set to work.
Google Ads were to form a mainstay of the franchise marketing, allowing enquiry volume at scale plus regional targeting to get in front of the right audience.
A suite of ads and landing pages have been constantly trialled and refined since inception. Continuous A/B testing has provided rich data on the visuals that are working best for a highly visual brand.
A business like this needs impeccable design – design that meets global brand standards as well as engaging prospective franchisees.
We overhauled the franchise prospectus, print adverts, in-clinic leaflets and a range of other collateral.
And a company rebrand just three months into working together meant we were kept on our toes!
We’ve been fortunate to run several video shoots on location with Laser Clinics UK, on Zoom and in-person, capturing the story of a number of franchise partners in various styles.
Alongside case study clips we’ve shot video updates with the MD, a full franchise promotional video, and other short clips for socials and emails.
We were asked to project manage creation and delivery of the stand from start to finish for Laser Clinics UK’s first franchise show.
Keeping key messages prominent within the brand’s clean design guidelines, the stand was a hit – five great conversations in the first hour and a look that skinned the competition!
This soundless video was devised to display compelling visuals for the stand at The Franchise Show.
We scripted, storyboarded and created the video entirely in-house, mixing in live clips from previous shoots to bring the business to life.
