Exciting Updates from the Bike Fitters’ Recruitment Drive With The Chantry Foundation! We are thrilled to share some fantastic progress with our recruitment efforts at Bike Fitters over the past six months. The response to our recruitment campaign has been overwhelmingly positive! We’ve received a high number of enquiries from passionate individuals eager to join the Bike Fitters family and Mike has been great at speaking with these people initially. Our discovery days have been bustling with energy and enthusiasm and we’re proud to announce we now have 2 franchisees trained and on the road, 2 more about to start and 4 or 5 in talks to take things further. This growth reflects the growing interest and belief in our mission and the exciting opportunities available within our organisation. Our partnership with the Chantry Foundation has been really positive. Working together, we have been able to enhance our recruitment strategies and provide additional points of contact for people enquiring about the franchise opportunity. We’ve been able to put our trust in the process knowing that people coming to a discovery day have spent lots of time talking to Mike and already really eager to continue the process.  Everyone at the discovery days have all had nothing but positive things to say about their contact with Mike and the way he dealt with them from initial enquiry to booking them on a discovery day with us.
